A recording of a chicago phonography performance at the viaduct theatre. installed was the exquisite city exhibition in which various artists recreated chicago in paper.

One of the artists was Kelly Vanderbrug, who made a model of Wolfy's on the North Side. Knowing this, I went there and recorded it. My contribution was broadcast on a radio frequency picked up by a small fm radio that I placed behind the display.

The sound resources for the improvisations taking place were scattered around the theater, and so to record it, I walked around with a mobile device recording the way an audience member would experience. If my recording is audible, it is only quietly and briefly so.
